At Your Next Move Coaching, I am committed to empower individuals to achieve their wellness goals. My coaching style focuses on motivation, progress tracking, and personalised strategies to ensure accountability and success in your wellness journey.

My story

In June 2021, I thought to be very happy with the life I lived. Having a good job, amazing boyfriend and a big social life. All of a sudden, I got into a car accident which left me with a 2.5 year long concussion.

I couldn't do anything for months, had 24/7 headaches, no memory function, and couldn't carry a grocery bag because of the pain in my neck. My social life was dead and my Berlin Marathon cancelled.

​

Doctors told me it would last a maximum of two months, but after these two months, nothing had changed. No one could tell me what was going on and why I still had those symptoms. My boyfriend and family didn't understand, I lost friends and never felt so alone as then.

​

I wanted to get better and started doing research online. I came across a wonderful psychologist who helped me tremendously and brought me in touch with a skilled chiropractor focused on brain injuries. I finally found people that both understood and acknowledged me, my feelings and symptoms. They helped me get my joy and exercise back into my life and rethink my future career.

​

Since then, I ran three marathons (Berlin, Boston and Sydney), my headaches are gone, my memory function is back, I have a smaller but more meaningful social life, and most of all I am feeling excited again about life and my future!

​

I really thought living life again as I did before the accident would be all I wanted. Little did I know that nothing goes back to how it was, but I changed into a much better version of myself doing things that I love and that I feel passionate about, while being mentally and physically fit.
